Biodanza - An Invitation to the Dance of Life
Discover Biodanza
Biodanza, meaning “the Dance of Life,” was created by Rolando Toro Araneda as a way to restore our connection to life. In today’s fast-paced world, many of us can feel disconnected from our bodies, our emotions, and each other. Through music, movement, and shared experience, Biodanza gently awakens our natural vitality and reminds us of our innate capacity for joy, connection, and aliveness.
All classes take place in a warm and welcoming environment.
No experience or choreography needed.

About Me
Hi, I'm Alana O'Donnell, a Biodanza facilitator in training based in Ottawa, currently training under the supervision of the Biodanza School of Montreal and Southwestern Quebec.
I’m passionate about creating safe, expressive spaces where everyone is welcome to reconnect with joy, trust, and community through movement.
Whether you’re new to Biodanza or curious to explore, I’m here to guide you on a journey of self-discovery and connection.
